Los pedidos se hacen por WhatsApp, por teléfono al 813 765 7340 o por Instagram.
Un pedido solo queda confirmado cuando nosotros te confirmamos por mensaje el producto, el precio, la fecha y la forma de entrega.
Los precios no se publican en el sitio; te los informamos al cotizar. Pueden variar según el diseño, los materiales, la fecha y la zona de entrega.
La forma de pago, los cambios y las cancelaciones se acuerdan con nosotros al confirmar el pedido.

3. Entregas

Ofrecemos entrega a domicilio en Tampa y alrededores, sujeta a disponibilidad, fecha y dirección. Es importante que nos des una dirección completa y correcta y que haya alguien disponible para recibir. 4. Servicio de animación

El servicio de animación con personajes incluye música en el momento de la entrega, además de videos y fotos de la sorpresa. Su disponibilidad depende de la fecha y el horario, y se confirma por mensaje antes de reservarlo.

An order is only confirmed once we confirm the product, price, date and delivery method to you by message.
Prices are not published on the site; we give them to you when we quote. They may vary depending on the design, materials, date and delivery area.
Payment method, changes and cancellations are agreed with us when the order is confirmed.

3. Delivery

We offer home delivery in Tampa and the surrounding area, subject to availability, date and address. It is important that you give us a complete and correct address and that someone is available to receive the order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect information, inaccessible addresses or the recipient's absence.

4. Animation service

The character animation service includes music at the time of delivery, plus videos and photos of the surprise. Availability depends on the date and time, and is confirmed by message before booking.
